Welcome to Rip Labs. By accessing or using our website riplabs.com.au and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Rip Labs is an Australian-based online retailer of Trading Card Game (TCG) products, accessories, and live rip services. We operate from Australia and primarily serve Australian customers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but minor variations may occur.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order placement will apply.
  • Product availability is subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product becomes unavailable.

4. Orders and Payment

  • An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
  • We accept payment via credit/debit card, Shop Pay, PayPal and other methods available at checkout.
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions.

5. Live Rips

  • Live rip purchases are final and non-refundable once the product has been opened.
  • By purchasing a live rip, you agree to receive whatever cards/products are pulled from your purchased product.
  • Live rips are streamed on our designated platforms. Recordings may be made available after the event.
  • If a live rip has not yet been conducted, you may request a full refund.
  • Rip Labs is not responsible for the value or condition of cards pulled — all sales are final.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship within Australia. International shipping may be offered at our discretion.
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Rip Labs or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission. Trading card images and names are the property of their respective manufacturers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law), Rip Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
